Application for admisssion into C.P.Ed. / B.P.Ed.(Purposed Course) along with the prospectus can be had from the college office in person on every working day between 10 A.M to 4 P.M paying Rs.250/- in cash.Download application from website.The Downloadable form to be submit along with DD and the DD must have the above mentioned amount in favour of Prasannamani College of Physical Education & Yoga.

  • Xerox(attested) copy of the Sr. Secounndary Examination(+2) certifficate,mark sheet and conduct certificate.
  • Xerox (attested) copy of the H.S.C certificate in support of age
  • Passport size photograph of the candidate -03 nos.
  • Xerox copy (attested) of Caste certificate,Income certificate of S.C/S.T/OBC candidates.
  • In service candidates are required to submit their application being countersigned by theri respective authority.
  • Original money receipt in support of purchase of application form.
  • 25 cm x 10cm size self addressed enevelope affixing postage of Rs. 5/- only.
  • The Index Card should be affixed with a postage of Rs. 5/- only.
  NOTE : The College will not be Responsible of any postal delay.The applications recevied after the last date will be summarily rejected and the incomplete applications will not be considered for admission.
